– If customers are using the free account directly registered from Zoom.us and wish to upgrade to paid plans such as Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise, the first requirement is to delete the old account (Terminate Account) and provide the email information to CGVtelecom to initiate the creation of a new paid account.
– Below is the guide for customers on how to delete (Terminate Account)
Click My Account => Account Management > Account Profile.
Click Terminate My Account.
Continue by selecting “Yes,” your free Zoom account will be deleted to be replaced by the paid version.
You will receive a notification that your free Zoom account has been terminated successfully.
=> After successfully deleting the free Zoom account, customers need to provide their email information to CGVtelecom so that we can proceed with upgrading to the paid versions.
