What is Zalo Cloud Connect (ZCC)?
Zalo Cloud Connect (ZCC) is a service that connects and allows customer care calls from a business’s Official Account (OA) to end users via Zalo User ID.
ZCC integrates Zalo OA into the company’s switchboard using VoIP technology and SIP protocol over the Internet platform, making it easier to connect customers to the business.
Businesses can call Zalo users from the switchboard via branches/extensions using IP Phone, Softphone, or Webphone in a simple way.
Zalo users who want to call the business just need to press the call button on the chat window with the business and select the branch/extension as instructed to connect immediately with the relevant department.
